Online Registration Agreement and Consent

By registering online, I hereby agree and confirm to the following:

I acknowledge that the collection and processing of my child’s/ward’s personal data are governed by Republic Act No. 10173, otherwise known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and other relevant laws of the Philippines.
Consent to Collect and Process Personal Data
I understand that by applying for admission or registering my child/ward as a student of AB Advanced Colleges, Inc. , I am granting the institution permission to collect, use, store, and process my child’s/ward’s personal information whenever a legitimate educational or institutional interest exists, as described in the school's policies and related circumstances.
Accuracy of Information Provided
By providing personal information to AB Advanced Colleges, Inc. , I confirm that all information submitted is true, accurate, and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand that the school reserves the right to review, modify, or revoke any decision based on the information I have provided should it later be found to be false, incomplete, or misleading.
Reliance on Written Agreement
I acknowledge that in entering into this agreement, I am not relying on any oral or written representations made by AB Advanced Colleges, Inc. other than those expressly stated in this agreement and in the school’s official policies.
Resolution of Concerns
Any issue or concern arising from the processing of my child’s/ward’s personal information shall first be addressed and resolved amicably with AB Advanced Colleges, Inc. before resorting to arbitration or court proceedings within the jurisdiction of the Philippines.
